How long will it take to receive my order?

Items are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Is my package insured during transit?

Absolutely. Every order is fully insured from our door to yours.

Do you ship internationally?

At present no but soon we will start international shipping via insured courier partners (e.g., FedEx). Please note that custom duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We use ethically sourced gemstones and high-quality metals, including 18k gold, 14k gold, and platinum. All silver items are sterling silver.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all our gold and silver plated jewellery is covered under 1 year replacement warranty for 1 time. Please read our replacement policy carefully from our website.
